Over the years, my intimacy with God has motivated me to teach others, NO matter their ages, that God desires intimacy with them as well.  My first two books: “When God Speaks, People Who Hear are Healed” and “If God Wanted to Talk to you, Would You Listen?” were written for respective audiences of adults and children.  God gave me a vision to write three different books, for three different audiences, with one message.  “God loves you!”

 

"Surrender or Explode: Learning to Play the Game of Life God's Way" is nestled between the other two books and speaks directly to youth, young adults, and the adults who directly impact and influence their lives. Surrender or Explode compares Life to a video game and walks readers from Level I (Beginners) to Level V (Leaderboard).

 

Readers are challenged to answer four critical questions: 1) Who are You? 2) Who is God?  3) Who is your Boss? and 4) What unanswered questions do you have that only God can answer? Many of the current questions that our youth face today, are complicated, sensitive, and difficult to address. Too often, young people are embarrassed, fearful, and too intimidated to boldly ask the questions that weigh heavily on their hearts and minds.

Biblical answers are often viewed as irrelevant, outdated, and "one size fits all," leaving many of our youth searching for personal answers-that the "culture" is eager to answer. Cultural answers very often contradict God. "Surrender or Explode" offers a step-by-step blueprint and answers to these questions from God's loving, gracious, and nonjudgmental perspective.
